Michigan
Michigan — Detroit, broker-split (FLOW 08)
1. MI requirements (items 1–4 — ⚠️ 3–4 undocumented, G-1) → 2. Drug-test booking (CST branch vs ED branch Mon/Wed/Thu) → 3. Vetting Complete → contract. ⚠️ Gates 2–3 untested live.

1. Submit First/Last/DL to Tim Schmieg (weekly batch) + driver eligibility-wait notice → 2. While waiting: DL back · MVR · Medical Cert · 6 training certs · I-9 §1 → 3.
